Keynote Address: Wellbeing – permission to look after yourself first

To lead wellbeing in schools, leaders need to demonstrate how they look after their own wellbeing.  In this interactive session Ben will have you reflecting on your own wellbeing and the small things you could stop or start doing to boost it. You’ll leave inspired and with a practical approach you can demonstrate to others.
