The most significant challenge of professional learning is not changing a teacher’s mind about what represents best practice but changing their everyday habits. This is not just a process of building the capacity of individual teachers but rather building systems within the school for sharing and refining the very best of what teachers in the school do so that it reaches every colleague and every student. In this workshop, we will discuss how school leaders create systems to build lasting change.
